Aciphex Drug Interactions Explained

The following sections explain in detail the potentially negative interactions that can occur when Aciphex is combined with any of the drugs listed above.

Atazanavir
Aciphex can substantially decrease the level of atazanavir in the blood (making it less effective). As a result, it is not recommended to take these two medications together.

Cyclosporine
Aciphex could potentially increase the level of cyclosporine in the blood. Check with your healthcare provider before combining cyclosporine with Aciphex.

Digoxin
Aciphex could increase the absorption of digoxin into the blood, perhaps increasing the risk of digoxin side effects and toxicity. Check with your healthcare provider before combining these medications.
