Atazanavir

Itraconazole

Combining famotidine with itraconazole can decrease the absorption of itraconazole into the body, which may make it less effective. To prevent this, your healthcare provider may need to increase your dose of itraconazole or may suggest an alternative to famotidine.

Ketoconazole

Taking famotidine along with ketoconazole can decrease the absorption of ketoconazole into the body, perhaps making it less effective.
