GERD Home > Am I Taking Products That React With Aciphex?
Aciphex could decrease the absorption of ketoconazole into the blood, perhaps making it less effective. Check with your healthcare provider before combining these medications.
Aciphex might increase the level of methotrexate in the blood, increasing the risk for methotrexate side effects. Check with your healthcare provider before combining these two medications.
There have been reports of increased International Normalized Ratio (INR) and prothrombin time results in people taking warfarin with Aciphex. This indicates that combining these two medications may increase the risk of bleeding associated with warfarin. Your healthcare provider will probably need to monitor your INR more frequently and adjust accordingly.
It is possible that not all drug interactions with Aciphex were discussed in this article. Therefore, you should talk with your doctor about the potential drug interactions that may apply to you.
