GERD Home > Neem Drug Interactions

If you take lithium, diabetes medications, or immunosuppressants in combination with neem, drug interactions could occur. These interactions may increase the level of lithium in your blood (increasing your risk for side effects), increase the risk of low blood sugar, and reduce the effectiveness of the immunosuppressants. Tell your healthcare provider about all other medicines you are taking to help prevent these drug interactions with neem.
