GERD Home > Nexiem

Were you looking for information about Nexium? Nexiem is a common misspelling of Nexium.

Nexium® (esomeprazole magnesium) is a medication licensed to treat conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, and H. pylori infections. This medication comes in the form of capsules and as a powder (used to make an oral suspension), and is typically taken once a day. Although most people who use Nexium do not experience any problem, the medication is not suitable for everyone. Before using it, make sure your healthcare provider is aware of any other medical conditions you have, as well as any other medications you are taking (including vitamins and herbal supplements).
