The prescription drug Reglan® (metoclopramide) is used for treating diabetic gastroparesis and GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). It comes in tablet and oral solution form; injectable forms of this medication are also available and are approved for additional uses, such as for preventing nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy or surgeries.
