Atazanavir (Reyataz)
Taking Zantac with atazanavir can decrease the absorption of atazanavir into the body, perhaps making it less effective. Your healthcare provider may need to increase your dose of atazanavir or suggest a substitute for Zantac.
 
Itraconazole (Sporanox)
Taking Zantac with itraconazole can decrease the absorption of itraconazole into the body, perhaps making it less effective. Your healthcare provider may need to increase your dose of itraconazole or suggest an alternative to Zantac.
 
Ketoconazole (Nizoral)
Taking Zantac with ketoconazole can decrease the absorption of ketoconazole into the body, perhaps making it less effective. Your healthcare provider may need to increase your dose of ketoconazole or suggest a medication to use in place of Zantac.
