Were you looking for information about
Nexium? Nexeum is a common misspelling of Nexium.

Nexium® (esomeprazole magnesium) is licensed to treat several conditions, such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, and H. pylori infections. As a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), the drug works to decrease the amount of acid in the stomach by blocking the acid production sites. This prescription medication is available as a capsule or powder, and is typically taken once a day. Prior to taking Nexium, make sure to talk to your healthcare provider about your medical history and any other medicines you are taking (including vitamins and herbal supplements).
