Prevacid SoluTab is one of the three forms of Prevacid® (lansoprazole), a prescription medicine used for treating GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) and other conditions affecting the esophagus, stomach, and intestines. It comes as a delayed-release disintegrating tablet that should be taken before eating. Although most people tolerate this medication well, side effects are possible. Some of the most common side effects reported with Prevacid SoluTab include constipation, abdominal pain, and headaches.
