Reglan Interactions

Antipsychotics and monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) are some of the medications that should not be combined with Reglan. Interactions may also occur if Reglan is taken together with cyclosporine, digoxin, seizure medications, or drugs that cause drowsiness (such as narcotics or sleep medicines). Reglan drug interactions can increase your risk for side effects or reduce the effectiveness of the medications.

Phenelzine (Nardil^®)
Rasagiline (Azilect^®)
Selegiline (Eldepryl^®, Emsam^®, Zelapar^®)
Tranylcypromine (Parnate^®)

Other medications or substances that cause drowsiness, such as alcohol, narcotics, sleep medications, or anxiety medications
Parkinson's disease medications
Seizure medications.
