Reglan? Regulon is a common misspelling of Reglan.

Reglan^® (metoclopramide) is a medication that is often prescribed to treat diabetic gastroparesis and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It is available in brand-name and generic form, and comes as tablets, an oral solution, and an injection. The drug, which works by helping food move through the stomach more quickly and preventing stomach contents from refluxing back up the esophagus, is taken 30 minutes before meals and at bedtime. Potential side effects of Reglan include drowsiness, impotence, and breast leakage.
