Tumeric

Were you looking for information about
Turmeric? Tumeric is a common misspelling of turmeric.

Turmeric is often used as a spice and is also claimed to have several medicinal uses. This herbal remedy supposedly helps with conditions such as depression, heartburn, and cancer. However, more research is necessary to determine whether turmeric is indeed effective for these uses. Even though turmeric is a "natural" product, it can cause side effects, such as nausea and diarrhea. Before using this herb medicinally, make sure to talk to your healthcare provider about any other medications you are taking to avoid potential drug interactions. In addition, this product may not be safe for everyone, so before taking supplements, tell your healthcare provider if you have a bleeding disorder, gallstones, or certain allergies.
