For treating a stomach ulcer, the dose of Zantac doctors often recommend is Zantac 150 mg twice daily. After the ulcer has healed, the dose to prevent ulcers from returning is typically Zantac 150 mg once daily at bedtime.
 
Zantac Dosing for GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease)
The dosage of Zantac used to treat GERD is typically Zantac 150 mg twice daily.
